Returns & Exchanges

We have a 15-Day Quality Guarantee: If you aren’t happy with your purchase, we will accept the items for a no-hassle refund or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

Refunds are provided for hair products that have not been worn, unwrapped otherwise tampered and are returned within fifteen (15) days of the date that you receive your order. Once we receive your return, we will process the refund. The refunded amount is credited to the original payment method. Return shipping is free.

Exchanges are provided for hair extensions that have been worn, unwrapped, or otherwise tampered and are returned within fifteen (15) days of the date that you receive your order. Once we receive your return, the exchange is processed. Exchanges may only be made for the same hair type (e.g., Brazilian Body Wave) and length (e.g., 12 inches).

If you use, play with, or install the hair the hair is  NON-REFUNDABLE.

If there are any discrepancies with you order we  require all merchandise purchased to be returned  to us please contact us for instructions. The hair purchased can be sent back for verification and for the exchange to be made or store credit to be issued if granted by Limitless Bundles.

We will cover the shipping cost for the  return of the item and any errors made by Limitless Bundles. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs associated with the initial shipping of the product. 

If the buyer makes a mistake on the order and wants an exchange the customer may be responsible for the shipping cost for the return or the exchange if one is granted. 

Untraceable / Lost Packages

A customer can select a signature delivery option at checkout. If the customer declines this option and tracking shows delivered we will honor the delivery confirmation. Although this is very rare it can happen.Please make certain the shipping address listed on your order is accurate. 

Restocking 

If a customer orders and decides to change their mind or want to return the hair for for any reason other than an error of the companies.  A $50.00 restocking fee may be charge or 25% of the order (whichever is greater).
